Host & Organizer Guidelines
Social CardHouse is a coordination and trust platform for real-world hobby communities. If you run a meetup, league, shop event, campaign table, or private gathering, these guidelines help you protect your people, your venue, and your standing in the ecosystem:
- Post accurate event details. List the world, format, schedule, vibe, capacity, and venue expectations clearly.
- Keep private venues private until the right moment. If you host in a home or limited-access space, never reveal sensitive location details publicly.
- Use approvals intentionally for private or trust-sensitive meetups. Decline anyone you cannot safely accommodate.
- SocialCardHouse is 18+ at launch. Enforce any stricter venue, publisher, or local rules that apply to your event.
- No harassment, discrimination, coercion, scams, or counterfeit activity. Protect the integrity of the scene you represent.
- Do not use SocialCardHouse to process payments, seat selling, or off-platform fee schemes. Any offline transactions must follow local rules and venue policy.
- Respond to incidents quickly and escalate Critical or High-priority issues immediately to support.
- If you run a home venue, you are responsible for access control, guest safety, and ending the event if the environment becomes unsafe.
