Public venue and organizer guidelines
Social CardHouse is recruiting a small Orange County research pilot. These guidelines describe the expected operating boundary; submitting an application does not publish a listing or create a partnership.
- Submit only public-venue information and event details you are authorized to share.
- Keep dates, format, experience fit, cost, accessibility, age rules, capacity, and cancellation details accurate.
- Retain the original calendar or registration link so players can verify the source and use any official tournament tool you already operate.
- Do not submit private-home locations, attendee lists, government identity information, card images, deck lists, or unnecessary personal data.
- Use game and format names only as factual plain text. Do not upload publisher logos, card or character art, copied rules, or official-looking badges.
- Enforce the 18+ pilot boundary and any stricter venue, organizer, publisher-program, or local requirements that apply.
- Do not use Social CardHouse for payments, wagering, escrow, rankings, or official tournament results.
- Correct or withdraw an inaccurate listing promptly and preserve any report, cancellation, or attendance evidence needed for review.
Apply through Join the pilot. For corrections or conduct concerns, see the incident policy or email support@socialcardhouse.net.
