1) Acceptance

By accessing Social CardHouse or submitting a pilot application, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) Eligibility

Social CardHouse is for adults age 18 and older. You may not submit information for a minor or misrepresent your age, identity, authority, or relationship to a venue or organizer.

3) Pilot service scope

Social CardHouse is an independent public-local-play coordination service in pilot development. It may provide pilot recruitment, public venue and event discovery, RSVP or waitlist tools, reminders, check-in, venue following, and optional factual participation records.

• Social CardHouse does not process payments or escrow.
• Social CardHouse does not run tournament pairings, standings, rankings, or official results.
• Social CardHouse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by game publishers unless a specific written relationship is disclosed.
• Pilot features, coverage, availability, and eligibility may change as we learn.

4) Public venue and event information

Venue and event information must be factual, current, and authorized for submission. You may submit only information that you own, control, or have permission to provide. Do not submit private-home addresses, attendee lists, private contact details, or information obtained by prohibited scraping.

Listings may be corrected, labeled, unpublished, or removed when authorization, freshness, accuracy, safety, or legal concerns arise. A source or verification label describes the information source; it is not a guarantee that a person, venue, or event is safe.

5) Pilot applications and communications

Pilot applications may be used to assess local demand, conduct research, contact selected participants, and plan authorized public-venue inventory. Submission does not guarantee admission, publication, partnership, event availability, or a response.

6) Accounts and security

If account access is enabled, you are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify support if you believe an account or access link has been compromised.

7) Content rights and conduct

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Social CardHouse a limited license to host, process, display, and moderate that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

You represent that you own or have permission to submit your content. Do not submit publisher logos, card or character art, scans, copied rules, proprietary databases, impersonation, harassment, threats, sexual content, doxxing, malware, spam, or unlawful material.

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Social CardHouse may restrict or remove content or access when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or pilot operations.

8) Reports, blocking, and moderation

Social CardHouse may provide reporting, blocking, moderation, and takedown workflows. Reports must be made in good faith. We may preserve relevant records, limit access, or contact affected parties while reviewing a report.

9) Intellectual property complaints

The IP Complaints and Takedowns page explains how to report allegedly infringing material and how affected users may respond. A user-generated submission is not automatically permitted merely because a user posted it.

10) Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes how Social CardHouse collects, uses, retains, and shares information. Do not include sensitive identity information, private-home addresses, card collections, or unnecessary free-form personal details in pilot forms.

11) Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Social CardHouse does not guarantee event accuracy, attendance, availability, compatibility between participants, safety, uninterrupted operation, or a particular pilot outcome.

12) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Social CardHouse and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service, public events, third-party tools, or interactions between users and venues.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms as the pilot changes. The updated date will appear above. Material changes may require renewed acceptance where appropriate.
