  • How do I contact support?
    Email support@socialcardhouse.net. For safety or data/privacy issues, include the event name and time - do not share full addresses in email.
  • What does SocialCardHouse actually do?
    SocialCardHouse is a coordination and trust platform for real-world hobby communities. We help people find scenes, join events, and build reliable reputation across worlds.
  • Does SocialCardHouse process payments or marketplace transactions?
    No. SocialCardHouse does not process payments. If communities organize trades or offline purchases, they happen outside the platform and must follow local rules and venue policy.
  • Why am I seeing a waitlist instead of open access?
    The website is validating demand by world, role, and metro so we can open the right scenes with the right trust and supply conditions. Early access is intentionally staged.
  • Is identity verification required?
    Beta uses basic account verification and an 18+ attestation. More advanced checks may appear in specific safety-sensitive flows, but government ID is not the default public posture.
  • How do Passport and trust work?
    Passport is the portable trust layer for SocialCardHouse. It is meant to help reliability and conduct travel across worlds, while world-specific reputation stays native to each scene.

Escalation

When to escalate

  • Critical
    Safety threat, address leak, major outage. Target response: 15 minutes.
  • High
    Login/SMS outage, approvals failing for many. Target response: 1 hour.
  • Standard
    Single-user functional issue (verification stuck, one event bug). Target: 4 hours.
  • Low
    Copy/UX confusion, minor bug. Target: next business day or backlog.

For emergencies or immediate danger, contact local authorities first, then notify Social CardHouse. Use the in-app report flow or email with the subject Critical for urgent safety or trust issues.
